The only member of staff I needed was the bar tender at the adjacent who showed me how the external door opened! The room and facilities were perfect for what I needed and I will definitely try to use it again when I am next in need of an overnight or two stay in the area.
Just one item of feedback. I suggest that a layer of foam or soft material is placed at the base of the steel ‘BIG KEY’ box for guest’s use on departure!

Room basic but clean. Air con not working but thankfully weather was crap so open windows were sufficient.

We ended up staying here twice in two weeks. Excellent each time. Quick walk to Primrose Hill!

Grubby, tired hallway and stairs made my heart sink as I self checked in.
The room was a pleasant surprise. Large and spacious. No shower was a disaster the fact it was adjoining a pub with loud music wasn't the best but the bed was comfortable and I had a pleasant stay.
