Our host was very welcoming and extremely helpful. He made checking in and out seemless. [Thank you Mario greatly apreicated!] There was plenty of towels and hygene products available and the factilities had everything you needed.
The location meant quite time started relatively early (22:00hrs). But it wasn't an inconvenience. There's enough nightlife in the city that you don't need to worry about any of that when you get back to your accommodation. Most people will be ready for quite time at that point. For Amsterdam it was superb value for money but Amsderdam is an expensive city, hence the slight mark down there.

Mario and all staff were pleasant and helpful. The apartment was up to date and clean and plenty of toiletries available. Location was prime, could walk everywhere.

The property is in an ideal location for exploring Amsterdam on foot. There are plenty of places to eat and a supermarket right on the doorstep. It is located within the red light district but as a family with young children we were able to avoid this with no issues at all. It certainly wouldn’t put me off booking this apartment.
The apartment had everything you could possibly need such as toiletries, plenty of towels, coffee machine, hair dryer.
Mario, the proprietor, was extremely welcoming and provided lots of helpful advice. We would definitely stay here again.
Nothing.

Love the host, very nice and helpful. Very clean and well maintained. Not as loud as I thought, pretty quiet at night. Nice Nespresso. Nice balcony.
Restaurant smell thru the windows can be noticeable. For apt fitting 5 there is only 1 separate toilet. You can access the shower only thru on of the bedrooms. AC good but only in the common area.
