Great location. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room. Good coffee & tea making facilities available at all hours.
Our room smelled of smoke, but this cleared away after leaving the door to the balcony open for a while.

Friendly staff, quiet location, stylish lobby.
Rooms a bit basic, but large. Shower is difficult with half door.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Bike hire from the hotel a bonus. Trams and buses close by very convenient. Delicious breakfast and very nice to have the option of tea and coffee through the day. Nice communal sitting area. Would definitely recommend and will definitely come here on our next trip.

Great place for the Rai In Amsterdam
The room was very basic, but very small. The lights sometimes worked and sometimes didn't. The clothes cupboard was so small that I had to leave a lot in my case. The shower was ok but the water didn't drain very quickly. They did make and clean my room, but in the bathroom, on the floor, there was a lot of long hair, which was not mine.
