A equipe de funcionários, em especial o Flávio que é a pessoa mais gentil que já conheci. O café da manhã é bom e poder tomar um chá ou café à tarde faz toda a diferença.

Very central but quiet location, nicely designed, very comfortable bed
The rooms are renovated, but it is still noticeable that some featured are a bit outdated (for instance noisy air-condition).

Comfortable room and great location. Nice bedding and toiletries. Very friendly and helpful staff. Cool hotel cat. The mini bar was a welcome plus. Very clean and more spacious than expected. I would stay at the Muse again for sure.
The breakfast is great but not enough staff to help. Only one person was working and she had to cook and wash dishes, refill trays, and bus tables and do everything else too. She couldn't keep up with demand during rush. Super tiny shower stall.

Location was good . Barely anything about the actual hotel to recommend Check in staff good but check out staff really wasn’t able to help much as limited English
The room was downstairs in a basement with limited natural light was tiny and freezing cold. The air con /heating didn’t work. The plumbing for the building ran through or past the room and was a very obvious noise. It felt like being in a submarine

Location was near lots of cafes/ main museums, tea/coffee station was appreciated. Cool decor in room and clean.
Room was not ready for stated check-in time. We did arrive about 50 minutes before check-in and left our bags to go and have a coffee which was all fine, then we came back around 10/15 minutes after check-in time and room wasn't ready. Staff were pleasant enough but we waited in the coffee area for around 40 minutes before having to ask (instead of being told) if the room was ready yet. Just wish there was better communication when we initially dropped the bags off and we would have just stayed out longer and also with letting us know when the room was ready instead of having to ask. Room was also quite dark (although it was on the basement level), but some more lights wouldn't go amiss.

Very clean, slipper incuded, high quality soap/shampoo/shower gel, coffee in the room, free minibar, very nice kitchen with free coffee/water/tea, nice terrace, nice cat.
Tram stations located very close. Lots of museums in walking distance.
The room is smaller than a tipical room.

Room looked modern
Room was small, no cleaning, even after request they did not clean, only clean towels. Location not really central. there was also A huge leakage visible at the bathroom

There is a cat named Bella, who we'd play with and pet while sitting in the hotel kitchen. How cool is that? Every hotel needs a resident cat. The room was clean and well furnished, the mini-fridge was stocked with complimentary soft drinks and some sweets. The breakfast was great: all fresh ingredients for a continental breakfast. The staff both in the kitchen and at the reception were very helpful and friendly and the atmoshpere in the Muse seems to be extremely welcoming. Our stay felt great and we'll likely choose The Muse again when visiting Amsterdam. See you Bella! 🐈

Location, good bathroom, nice cafe area with free tea/coffee.
Breakfast wasn't worth the money. There are better, cheaper options at neighbourhood cafes/bakeries.

Nice and clean, Free water, free coffee and tea, the staff was very kind with one exceptional case. very close to different areas, transportation and restaurants.
The location was perfect!
The room was extremely hot, too small, good for one person but definitely not for a couple.

I liked the location, close to the center and not noisy. The room is quiet and comfortable. I liked breakfast and a nice quiet courtyard and a cat.

Hotel’s location is really good, so close to the tram stations, to the museums also best local bars and restaurants in town max 15 min walking distance.
Rooms were small but comfortable, our room was in 2nd floor and looking to the small street which was peaceful and quiet. Also free coffee service at downstairs was really good.
