I had a wonderful stay at Megapolis Hotel Shymkent! The room is spacious, clean and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax. The breakfast was delicious, offering a nice variety of fresh food. We had a minor issue with the bathroom during our stay, and the staff responded quickly to fix it. What impressed us most was the excellent food delivery service at 5 a.m. for our early morning flight. All the reception team were friendly and provided excellent service. Highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Shymkent!

A great hotel. V friendly staff, the room was very clean and spacious, and the breakfast kept me going until dinner. Free parking right outside and lots to see within walking distance.
Nothing at all. Very happy.

Лифт жұмыс істемеді. 5-этажға жаяу көтеріліп жүрдік. Таңғы ас орташа.
