Flat muito bem equipado, super limpo, decorado e muito confortável. A equipe é extremamente atenciosa, a localização é perfeita e nós adoramos tudo.

great views, beds are comfortable, linen is top quality, airy, clean, nicely furnished, helpful staff, beach is awesome, don’t even bother going to Carneiros as this is far far better (and cheaper and peaceful). we stayed on top floor, really good. make sure you go in the water during low tide, coral pools right opposite the hotel. I suggest the hotel lets guests know times of low tides the day before.

the carpark needs to be paved, its just dirt at the moment which makes it really hard to load and unload heavy luggage without touching the dirt floors. no bathroom in the pool area (so if you’re on the beach or pool you need to go up to your room to use the toilet). the road in front of the property is not paved and very badly maintained sadly. the huge planter vase on the entry of the garage should be moved as it makes it really tricky to manoeuvre.

There was a large visible water damage on the ceiling in the apartment. Bad was the fact that there was mold in the sleeping room. The surrounding area is very simple, it was difficult to find a bakery or restaurant for breakfast.The lift didn't work.

The location is excellent The staff was Very friendly and Herminio, the manager, Very helpful. Nice pool and lawn furniture . Also comfortáble hammocs under coconut trees. Paradise

Everything was exceptional

The apartments are in a great location and since we chose one with sea view we were privileged to wake up everyday watching a phenomenal sunrise above the clear waters of the sea. Stunning! The block also has a nice warm swimming pool (although the pool itself is not heated - well it is by the sun :) ). The flats have a modern look and feel and there is secure underground parking. The host is very friendly and gave us very good tips about the area. The check in and out process was very straight forward.

The internet signal was very weak in our flat. There is one router outside by the lift sharing internet with a number of flats and the location of our flat meant we couldn't enjoy it the lovely smart TV provided to us. The shower boxes don't close properly so the floor can get quite wet
