Upon arriving the staff were brilliant they helped us get the car into the underground carpark. Our room was a good size, clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfy and the fact the room had air conditioning was a bonus. Breakfast was good, a nice selection of hot and cold and a good selection of drinks. We used the spa and pool over a few days, you book your slot... and we had it to ourselves both times! This really made it easy to relax. Parking was good. Views from our room were also good.
Parking is quite expensive, but its your choice to park there. There is parking on the streets but you have to be careful of the hours.

Good location near the railway station, ok for a one night stay.
Obsolete sink, bathroom separated from the room only by glass doors, so very bad sound proof. The water from the shower was wetting the room carpet.

Nuova, a qualche minuto di camminata dal centro vitale di Rennes e comunque in una zona molto bella di fianco al teatro dell’opera bretone.

Rooms were modern and clean
I order room service one evening and thought it was good quality and reasonably priced
The reason I chose this hotel over other similar properties was to use the jacuzzi but was informed during my stay that it was out of service which was very disappointing.
When I had problems connecting to WiFi and I asked reception I was informed that WiFi won’t connect to “foreign laptops” which was crazy.
With the spa not working, this doesn’t have amenities to qualify as 4 star property.
