Grand parking.
Difficile d'accès, on a fait trois fois le tour avant de voir la petite pancarte en bord de route. Google nous a donné une autre direction.
Draps sales avec des tâches de sang et en deux jours, ils ne les ont pas changé. On a dormi dans des draps sales avant d'arriver et c'était les mêmes en partant. Ménage bâclé. On revenait tard donc pas de femme de ménage.
Petit déjeuner très allégé, peu de choix. Vaisselle sale 4 fourchettes sales sur 5 que j'ai tiré au hasard, 3 cuillères sales sur 4 et 3 couteaux sales sur 4 également. Je les ai comptées. Personnel à réformer, une jeune femme blonde, pas agréable, nous répondait pas à notre bonjour, de mauvaise humeur qui jetaient les couverts, qui ne renouvelait pas le buffet et quand elle le faisait, elle tirait une tronche à nous faire fuir.
La chaîne Ace Hôtel est notre chaîne d'hôtel préférée en France surtout au Mans et à Chartres. S'il fallait tous les noter, celui-ci était le pire !!!

le confort, la rapidité d'enregistrement
etant donné le changement d'horaire cette nuit là , nous nous sommes reveillés un peu plus tard , du coup nous avons eu 15 minutes max pour manger , la dame ne voulant laisser pas de minutes en plus pour manger tranquillement.

The secure car park was great. The gate closes at night but if you are in, you can leave at any time. We didn't have breakfast but I think it's great that it starts at 6 am. The staff is very nice too. A few minutes by car to Troyes town centre.

Hotel was what we expected its a budget motel a little difficult to find at first, as it sits back inside an area of the main road, and we drove around twice and missed it, having said that once we spotted the Ace Sign above, we were ok, breakfast is nice, well presented, the room was passable, reasonable bed quality, warm, with an ok bathroom, but we were on our way down through France and we booked this hotel as a stopover on route to another destination, it worked well.
Nice seafood restaurant is on the complex, good to have it on site, had a great meal there at reasonable pricing.

Rooms were clean and location off the highway with steak restaurant next door was a plus.
Breakfast is super basic and not worth it. I would grab something on the road instead.
