The room was large and had lovely windows overlooking the river. It was clean and not too far from town. There was parking and decent facilities. It had the best black out blinds ever and we slept quite late.

For some reason we missed that it was in an old people’s home, which was a little strange. The bed was quite soft and only one pillow each was provided. We were at the end of a very long bright corridor, probably miles from the hub, and the Wi-Fi was pretty much non existent. Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am which is a bit ridiculous. It doesn’t take 6 hours to clean one room and a toilet. 3pm and 11am would still allow 4 hours to clean which is 2 hours more than us needed.

Very clean, quiet and spacious, and exceptionally good value. The room is within a residential home for elder people so please be aware of that. For us it was ideal though, there was parking and a large comfy room and very friendly and helpful staff. It was a stopover for us as we drove through France and we would highly recommend it to anyone doing the same. Breakfast was so-so but for that price, it was amazing to get breakfast at all! Very very good value.

All very good except for breakfast arrangements, where clearer guidance is needed around seating. We hadn’t realised tables were set for lunch and that we were expected to go to the far end of the dining room to sit at bare tables…. It was all a bit awkward and could easily be avoided by better communication and clearer guidance in the dining room.

Very convenient. Great sized appartement for excellent price. Facilities were great, nice quiet. Breakfast not much choice but absolutely perfect for us, can't complain as it was all we wanted and needed, especially for the price - nice and fresh.

Beds were not the most comfy but fine for one night. The room we had was next to the water which was very loud all throughout the night, some people might like sleeping with it but I couldn't stand it.

Large light apartment. Mixed in with set up for senior citizens. Absolutely brilliant. Amazing river setting..

A lovely clean studio over the river. Very well equipped for the price. Extremely secure - for us and our car. Walk into city centre for Christmas lights and restaurants.

The apartment was very spacious and the location was great. It part of a senior home which was weird at first but totally fine. Lots of old folks having tea where we checked in. Next time I can bring my grandma along.

There was no A/C which we didn't realize. With 35 plus degrees outside it would have been nice but we didn't pay attention to it at the time of booking.

A little difficult to find, perhaps a bigger sign at the entrance?

Duty manager came out to greet us (we arrived shortly after 8pm in the dark). He was very helpful and showed us where we could park and how to access the building and our room. You are near the old town. Didn’t have breakfast but I would recommend people do as there are few/no other options - we needed to leave at 8.30am and found that locally neither Macdonalds nor Burger King start serving until 11am.

The immediate area is very run down, but the hotel is safe and clean.

The rooms are large and you have everything you need, the underground secure parking is a real bonus and perfect as I was on a motorcycle trip. I have stayed here several times now, its my hotel of choice in Troyes.

Nothing, it can appear a little in-personal as its first purpose is not as a hotel of course but its not a problem.

It was extremely hot during our stay …outside temperature approximately 35 degrees and there was no air conditioning. We were situated on the sunny side of the building and upon arrival the apartment was very hot. Difficult to sleep in that temperature but there was a fan which helped a little.
