Location, staff and continental breakfast.
Old lift a bit shaky. No sink in the toilet, having to go through bedroom to bathroom. Soap dispenser too high when having a bath. Hot food at breakfast looked unappealing.

Good hotel for a night in Troyes, quiet area close to the city centre. The room had everything we needed and was clean.
Elevator was very noisy despite our room being the furthest of the floor, we could also hear people next door. For the price we can't complain too much, neighbour were quiet overnight and there was no noise at all from outside
