Clean and spacious apartment; good AC; friendly host

It’s near the beach and there was good restaurants nearby. Pool area was really nice. The hotel area was quiet. Man in the reception (Jivko) was really nice and helpful. Apartment was big and modern.

Uncomfortable bed. Cleanliness could have been better. We had to ask towels for the child.

Very happy with this stay and I would highly recommend it! The rooms are clean and nicely furnished, the AC works good and you have a kitchen with some simple supplies. The owner is very nice and helpful too.

Be aware that the internet speeds are quite slow.

great staff, clean rooms, perfect location

On our arrival, the host (Jivko) took care of us immediately. Offered to help with our luggage. We were able to use the parking. We had a very nice spacious suite. It was clean and quiet. The balcony was super big and the view was pretty nice! We loved the location because it wasn't in a crowded part, but at the same time, it was quick to go by car to the Old Town (5 min). The host was extremely nice and polite. The cleaning lady made sure we always had clean towels, toilet paper and took out the trash. Thanks for the good time! If we visit Nessebar again next summer we will definitely come back!

The host was really friendly and helpful with all the minor issues we had upon the arrival. I also like it there because was really quiet there.

Not the cleanest location I stayed at. The shower cabin was full of scale, the toilet wasn't clean and the bathroom amenities are starting to show their age. Although it appeared that someone was checking the room daily, I wasn't sure why. They changed the towels after a couple of days but only because we left them on the floor. There's been no vacuuming/brooming while we stayed there, the cleaning appears to be self-service using the broom on the common hallway. The inner yard parking space may be a challenge for the unskilled drivers. Alternatively you may leave the car in the street if you find any available spots.

Amazing apartments 5 minutes walk to the beach! The host, Jivko, made sure we were comfortable and have everything we need to make our stay enjoyable! The apartments are very spacious!
