Lovely hotel
Bathroom was very small and the room was very hot. We couldn’t get the AC to work..

Location was wonderful. Hotel was clean.
Room is very small even for Japan standard. Stayed in 3 hotels in 3 different city. Surprising this was smaller than hotel in Tokyo.
Staff were helpful but didn’t understand when I explained my daughter was autistic. Kept telling us to keep her quiet.
May be autism & disability knowledge is different in Japan
