Location was excellent. As we arrived and Departed by ferry, Hotel Florence was near the ferry dock. Also, The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, especially the coffee.
A small tea kettle in the room to make a tea would be nice..maybe some small shelving for toiletries and hooks to hangs clothes in the bathroom would make improvement.

Amazing location - right opposite the ferry port. This is a beautiful boutique hotel, the breakfast provided is varied and of good quality. All the staff were wonderful and we will be back if we are in Bellagio again.
Coffee and tea facilities in the room would have been appreciated.

Friendly staff, good value, excellent location and beautiful view. I especially loved the restaurant on the waterfront for dinner. Breakfast was wonderful. It was truly La dolce vita.
The AC broke the second night and didn’t work too well but that’s not a problem unique only to this hotel, it seems to be a rite of passage in Europe.
