The place is located close to Trastevere Station in Rome and was perfectly fine for an overnight stay before flying out the following day. It was clean, practical, and had everything we needed. However, I wouldn’t exactly describe it as luxurious, so I was a little puzzled by the name.
The hosts provided a lot of information and instructions, and there were quite a few messages before and during the stay – perhaps a little more communication than necessary

A super kind host who helps with dining recommendations and directions. Leaving complimentary coffee, tea, and water is a lovely touch!
The mattress was too soft, which caused me lower back pain (I usually sleep on a firm/orthopedic mattress). The air conditioner was installed right above the wardrobe; consequently, the only way to cool the room effectively was to run it at maximum power, making the unit itself very noisy.
There is no terrace; if you stay for more than two nights, this becomes a problem.

Excelente ubicacion con el tranvia en frente que te deja en todos lados! El huesped era muy accesible y super atento!

The response time with the host.
The air conditioner wasn't working. Even if the air conditioner was working it would take hours to cool the room down. Because of the size of the room and the location of the unit. Also the fridge didn't work so our drinks was hot and my protein milk spoiled.

"Ho soggiornato qui per una settimana per motivi di lavoro e mi sono trovata benissimo!
Non potevo fare scelta migliore: stanza luminosa, moderna e pulitissima. Reset e cambio asciugamani giornalieri. ..."
