The location was perfect. Easy to walk to nearby restaurants and bars. Very comfortable accommodation in a quiet setting.

We had a large group and we all stayed at the property 3 different rooms. & adults and 2 children (5 years and 10 months)The building is tucked off the street with a lovely courtyard. Very quiet and easy access to tram and bus! We have stayed in this neighborhood and love the feel of the area. Staff was very helpful and friendly and responded very quickly to any questions and offered assistance with taxi, tram and other local information as well as restaurant recommendations! Very clean and well maintained. The cafes just down the street and restaurants were very good!
It was perfect for our needs. I wouldn't change anything.

The bed was super comfy and we slept really well. The neighborhood was quiet. There’s tons of restaurants nearby. And the bus stop is very close and easy to get to main sites like the Colosseum
The place is kind of hard to find because it’s tucked away in a courtyard. The walls are not soundproof and seem very thin. But we did not have much issue as the neighborhood was quiet (we woke up once to one loud noise, but otherwise it was fine).

The facility was strategically located in the Trastevere neighborhood on a busy street, within walking distance to a supermarket, small grocery establishments, and eateries. It was also easily accessible by taxis.
We missed face-to-face human interactions. We experienced some issues with the A/C in the room, and someone came quickly to address it. The problem was temporarily fixed and resolved semi-permanently the following day. We could hear other guests in the adjacent room when they were taking a shower (together). There was a small window in the bedroom for sunlight, but it was located high, near the ceiling, and operated via electronic buttons. We were also surprised by a young scorpion in the bathroom. The room was small, especially considering our four suitcases, two of which were large ones.

"Posizione perfetta per muoversi a Roma, il posizionamento all'interno del cortile rende l'appartamento silenzioso nonostante la zona movimentata."
