The hotel was very nice and in a great location. Breakfast was very good and the staff was very friendly.

The room was beautiful and bright. Bathroom was probably the best bathroom of any hotel I’ve ever stayed

The street across was a little bit sketchy

Lots of things we liked: AC worked super well in our hotel room and even the lobby had great AC. They upgraded us to a suite so we had some extra room which was super nice (read comment about the shower below though). Breakfast was phenomenal and some of the best coffee we had in Italy (saying something because my husband is a big coffee guy). In general I loved how cute the hotel was too, very boutique-y. The rooftop was great, but food was quite a bit overpriced up there and not as good as restaurants just a short walk away with amazing food.

Our shower was just straight up missing it's glass door so every time we showered we had to use like 3 big bath towels to sop up the water and put the towels out in the hallway / call for more towels. They upgraded us to this room which was a suite, but they must have done so because they wouldn't give someone this room who paid for it LOL. They knew about the missing glass when we told the desk about it...which was super weird that they didn't let us know about it when we checked-in (they should've at least warned us). Like mentioned above, the rooftop is cool but the food wasn't good enough to be priced so high - common, we're in Italy, up your game! The restaurants surrounding have way better pasta and sides that taste more fresh and with half the price. Our bed was also crazyyy hard. And that's saying something because we like a firm bed. Location could be slightly better, its just a longer walk than staying in campo de fiori for example which is much closer to all the things to do. In general, this hotel was also just super expensive for what you're getting, but at the same time we really enjoyed staying here so hopefully you book when it's cheaper if you're reading this :)

Breakfast was fine. Staff in restaurant very nice… But waiting 5 complete hours for a room is unacceptable. The front desk was completely rude… one girl came on later than the first two was professional and should be running the desk.. we had come off a red eye and could not accommodate us for five hrs.. we are All in the travel industry and we could not believe what happened.. when we got here early in the morning we were the only two rooms needed.. This is my return to this hotel and the room was not like the first time.. the shower was the worst that I ever saw… perhaps you are missing staff at the front desk and the cleaners… it’s a shame why this happened.. The first time two years ago was very nice!
