Restay Frontier (Adult Only)

My third time here and I think it's still the best value for money. Staff was really friendly and we did not have any issues. A large room and free laundry were also super helpful for our last days in Japan. Will probably come again.

The hotel and the rooms are a bit older, which you can see on the walls and furniture, but I don't think it's too bad.

The location of this hotel was fantastic. It was a stones throw away from Otsuka station and also had many local izakayas, restaurants, bars and Konbinis nearby. The staff were excellent and always top notch service. Free WiFi! Very good selection of creams and soaps in the shower and by the sink. You do have to leave your key every time you leave but this is a security measure and your room isn't accessed unless you ask them to clean it. Plus your room has a red light outside to let them know the room is in use. The TV was lovely and large and you could even log into your own Disney plus and Netflix which was a big bonus. They also do room service and free coffee at reception. We would definitely consider staying here again when we next come.

As mentjonef, there was free WiFi but our connectivity dropped out fully half way through our stay which was slightly inconvenient but we managed.

Hotel a ore , ottima qualità prezzo e ottima posizione , molto silenzioso , lavanderia piccola ma gratuita

Si vede che è un due stelle ma ottimo comunque

The room was large! They provided anything we might need in the room (no need to go to the lobby for items). There was a shower room (with a separate tub). It was a beautiful space, and they provided coffee or tiny snacks. What a wonderful place!

No swimming pool, but everything else was perfect.
