Excellent location and access to the JR Otsuka station (comfortable 5 min walk).
Place is spacious and overall its a good and comfortable stay. Washing machine provided.
Bed is a little soft.
Lack of place to hang clothes after washing.
Occasional cigarette buds in the stairwell outside.

Location was perfect, near train station & lots of food stall. Fast food , 7E, Family Mart & Lawson are nearby.
For someone who has knee or leg issue, floor bed can be abit challenging to get up. It woudl be great if it can change to a matress bed which is not on the floor kind. Overall its not that bad...still a ok.

The location and area is very good. The host responded well.
The room is a bit dark and kind of creepy. It might be nice for two people only. But we use it for 1 adult and 3 kids, so a bit tight.
