The location, food, service, and accommodations were great!
It could use a hot tub for those sore legs after the Plitvice Lakes hike and chilly nights.

The location, the room, the good and the staff. Family owned business!

We had the best service! I left our passports in the room. The lodge tried very hard to contact me. Unfortunately my phone wasn’t roaming. By the time I discovered it we were already in Zagreb. DHL was going to take more than 3 days. The owner of the lodge offered to deliver the passports to us and they arrived on the same nights. We were very happy to pay for the reasonable fee. The lodge is located very close to both Plitvice Lakes entrance 1 and 2. The onsite restaurant has made it very easy for us to have dinner after a day walk in the park.
There was no lift so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. It was ok for us but may not suitable for elderly.
