Location, location, location! Such an amazing location for me. It was very central, but also it was quiet. Perfect combination! The terraces were very comfortable and such a nice touch. Staff was extremely responsive! Everything was well thought for the client- a nice welcome kit with a small pack of oil, coffee pods, a bottle of water, paper towel, laundry and dishwasher pods and liquids, and small things like this that you need for 1-2 days, but it would not make sense to buy.

The surfaces (all the tables) needed a good cleaning. The apartment was rather older, and hot water in the shower is only for 20-ish min. (keep in kind when you travel with a family).

We had a wonderful stay here and would definitely recommend it. The location is absolutely perfect, just a few minutes from the Cathedral and the Alcázar, with plenty of lovely cafés and tapas bars nearby. The apartment was very cozy and comfortable, with a comfortable double bed and a big plasma TV. The highlight for us was definitely the terrace: beautiful views of the Cathedral and a great atmosphere, especially in the evenings. We also really appreciated the remote-controlled awnings that could provide shade during the day. We visited at the end of March, when the orange trees were in bloom, and the weather was perfect. We didn’t need to use the air conditioning, and spending time on the terrace was amazing.

Just one thing to keep in mind: I would not recommend staying here during the week before Catholic Easter (Semana Santa). The street gets very crowded and access can be difficult because of the religious processions organized in the area.

Easy walking to all the main sites, the river, restaurants etc. Manager Marco was helpful.

Small and pretty basic. Would be much better in the summer when the terrace can be used. Photos cleverly shot to make spaces seem bigger and are out of date - different sofa, TV, no rug etc. Noisy street at night time.
