Guest accommodations and location were great! Schlitterbahn and river access was easy and super close. We had the best time and will happily revisit.

The property felt very safe with gates around the parking lot and a security guard present. It was in a great location near the everything we wanted to do. The river access was perfect for our kids to play and we were very grateful for the provided tubes. The unit was clean and provided pretty much everything that we could have wanted. However, there were a few things that weren’t working properly and a few things about the unit that we felt like could be improved on and the hosts were very polite to our email regarding these suggestions. Overall, we would come back and rent another unit from this complex but not this particular unit.

The property itself is gorgeous and the river access is so convenient. Easy check in/ out and good communication from the hosts. We will definitely be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was fine with the exception of lawn care, the grass had not mowed in a week or so. The cause insects and mosquitos to be everywhere.
