Staff was very friendly and welcoming. We had a great room with pool access from our balcony

I would not recommend to go there with a baby, because you would not have the chance to do all the activities that they offer. Although the staff adored our baby

A beautiful place to stay in Ubud. Wonderful restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Lovely spa and pool area.

I had accomodation originally booked with another hotel however cancelled that due to the fantastic activities that your hotel provided. like yoga, sound healing, breath work .. and we didnt get a chance to have the afternoon tea or other activities . Would definately come back to your Hotel . we loved it The peace and quiet and the lovely gardens .. Everyone especially at breakfast made us feel really welcome

Even though the main pool was great I rated it a bit lower due to 2 main reasons .. 1 getting in and out of the pool was a nightmare. no real easy access to the steps which you had to walk with limited space behind someones chair. plus a few steps then twisting your body to get to 3 small steps ( which squeaked and didnt feel safe) to get into the pool. steps were near a bush that had bees on it. ( a risk if you have a medical reaction ) need another platform or extend verandah for better access and more chairs. plus feeling like everyone at breakfast was watching you getting in & out of the pool.. surely there must be a better way to get or make access. location was great but going down the road to get access wasnt great with unfinnished road work. and coming back in the transport not great over an hour one day. Know you cant do anything about the traffic .. We ddint use in the house Massage facilities as couldnt get a couples session and pricing was better outside of hotel but as nothing else near had to go into Ubud for that .

Absolutely stunning resort and exceptional service by the staff. We stayed at the Rose Villa and everything was perfect. The level of care shown by the resort staff was incredible (shout out to Dendi and his amazing advice and eggs!) and the food at the restaurant delicious. Nothing left to chance as all needs were met quickly and professionally. The spa was also an amazing experience!
