Beehouse Dijiwa Ubud

The room and service were great. The staff were very sweet and helpful and greeted us every time we arrived. The view from the restuarant area and bar is so beautiful and relaxing.

The kitchen was quite inconsistent, and I feel there is a lot of room for improvement, particularly with the food and breakfast. Considering the abundance of fresh fruit available in Indonesia, it was disappointing that the only fresh fruit juices offered were watermelon and dragon fruit. If you don't like either of these, the alternative is processed fruit juice. The cooked breakfast could also be much better in terms of both quality and variety. Another disappointment was the complimentary professional photo shoot. We were told that the hotel offers a free photo shoot, including a free photo, and that the photos would be sent by email. However, after committing to the photo shoot, the photographer explained that only one digital photo was free and that any additional photos would cost €10 each. Considering local prices in Indonesia, this felt extremely excessive and somewhat misleading. Access to the hotel is another point to consider. The road leading to the property is quite rough, and getting around generally requires a car or relying on the hotel's shuttle service, which has a limited schedule. Overall, the property has potential, but improving the consistency and quality of the food, being more transparent about the photo shoot, and offering better transport options would significantly improve the guest experience.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is beautiful and peaceful, yet it’s easy to get into central Ubud, making it the perfect balance between relaxation and exploring. The staff were absolutely lovely, so welcoming and attentive, which made the whole experience even more special. Breakfast had a great selection, including fresh fruit, and the fact that you could enjoy it at any time during the day was such a convenient touch! We also tried the couples massage and romantic dinner, and both were amazing. Everything came together to make our stay feel truly special. I honestly couldn’t have wished for a better experience. I would definitely choose this hotel again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ubud!

Absolutely unreal. The views, the villa, the staff, the food. The whole vibe was unmatched. Staff went above and beyond. Breakfast in the room was amazing, food altogether was 10/10. Cannot wait to come back
