Puri Kantor Legacy - Heritage Palace

Our second stay this year and just as good as the first. Beautiful unique property in every sense. Probably the best hotel we have ever stayed at.

Absolutely nothing not to like

Exceptional hotel. Really central location can walk to a lot of nice cafes, restaurants, temples and markets. Staff are fantastic and cannot do enough for you! Breakfast really nice and I loved the grounds of the hotel. So fabulous to sit and read a book

This place is absolutely magical. It feels less like staying in a hotel and more like getting to stay inside a beautiful piece of Balinese history. The traditional Balinese architecture and intricate details throughout the property are incredible, and there is a peaceful, spiritual feeling to the entire place. If I remembered correctly, I was told that members of the Balinese royal family have stayed here when they are in Ubud, which made the history of the property even more fascinating. The staff were absolutely wonderful, warm, kind, and incredibly helpful. The location is also fantastic. You are right in central Ubud and can walk to so many things, yet somehow once you are inside the property it feels peaceful and quiet. Such a special experience and an amazing introduction to Bali. ❤️

Honestly, nothing. I only wish I had been able to stay longer!

The quality of rooms, clean beautiful furnishings, products great, really great beds, exquisite building, so close to centre, nice breakfast, great coffee, refreshing turmeric drink, staff lovely, good communication via Whatsapp. Needed more time to engage with some of the cultural activities there.

Breakfast croissants could be less oily🙂 Could provide / recommend Facial treatment options as there are so many around.
