Large 3 Bedroom Home very close to town center & beach.
Questa è una casa spaziosa e spaziosa con 3 camere da letto molto vicino alla spiaggia e allo zocalo di Bucerias. La spiaggia è breve, pianeggiante, a 200 metri a piedi. Un isolato e attraverso il ponte pedonale e sei in Bucerias culturale.
È a pochi passi da tutto a Bucerias. La domenica è possibile raggiungere a piedi il mercato locale nel letto del fiume asciutto, solo un paio di isolati a est.
La casa è stata costruita nel 2000 ed è stata mantenuta molto bene.
Il cortile è privato, piccolo e recintato. Nel grande cortile c'è un piccolo condominio con quattro appartamenti con 1 camera da letto e un appartamento con 2 camere da letto. Questi ospiti condividono il cortile e la piscina con gli ospiti della casa. Questi appartamenti sono anche elencati su VRBO se hai bisogno di spazio per più di 8 persone.
Gli appartamenti sono alti tre piani e il patio sul tetto è a disposizione di tutti gli ospiti della casa, con vista sull'oceano, ombra, sole e barbecue.

What a wonderful home in the Golden Zone. Easy access to the beach (200 meters away), restaurants and the market. We enjoyed feeling like we were a part of everyday life in Bucerias (versus staying at a resort) and the home was so comfortable. The pool area is beautifully landscaped and was such an oasis at the start and end of each day. The rooftop deck is also a wonderful place to catch the sunrise and sunset. Russell was a great host and provided beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, and bottled water. The property is gated, and we felt very safe. The home is very spacious and comfortable. I would love to stay here again, and our teenagers loved it, too.
Fave activities: Planeta Cacao tour/workshop close to Bucerias, beach at playa destiladeras in Punta de Mita, and sea turtle release in Puerto Vallarta marina area. And getting pastries at La Comer!

Russell was waiting for me when I arrived. I mentioned that because I had a bad experience with a prior owner of another property. Russsell walked me through property. He had a small welcome basket of goodies for me. I found the property clean, quiet with excellent air conditioning. It is short walk to downtown Bucerias. The beach is only 1.5 blocks away. I was there during low season but there were plenty of open restaurants with excellent food a short distance away from the house. I plan on returning again in the near future.

This was very easy and efficient. Russell was clear in his emails prior to arrival and very kindly let us check in early as we arrived on early flights. The house was perfect for our six night stay and we enjoyed the garden and the pool too. Russell checked in on us through our stay and came as we left too. A very pleasant stay.

Sir Russell (property Manager) was really professional and caring. He kept the lines of communication open at all times (via Text or Call) for any feedback or questions and responded rather quickly. His staff where also welcoming and respected our stay.
I recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a great and wonderful house to stay when planning your vacation to Bucerias, Nayarit Mexico. For any future vacation of my own that takes place in Bucerias, I will be looking to stay at this house. The House is literally about 1000ft away from the beach and a very short walking distance from downtown Bucerias where you can find good street food, restaurants, bars and shops.
Sir Russell, Thank you again for the great experience we had with you and your staff. Thank you for maintaining the property clean and attending to our needs. The house was very accomodating in every way for me and my family.
