The cottage is ideally located within walking distance of everything in St. Augustine. We parked our car in the drive way on arrival and did not move it until departure. The cottage is actually quite spacious and well equipped. We would definitely rent again.

No surprises, all was good. Close to everything and 2 blocks to trolley stop. Great location for access to attractions.

They said they had a washer and dryer. There was no washer and dryer. 123 year old house. Very little silverware or dishes. Out dated food in the cabinets and refrigerator. Had to go to someone else’s house because the tv didn’t have a lot of channels. Very dark. No lights to see. Only two tiny trash cans in the whole place. Only parking for one car, not two.

Lovely, clean home away from home! Was pleasantly surprised as to all the toiletries on hand and staple items in the home. We had rain but, so enjoyed the screen porch and friendly neighbors, and an umbrella left for us, if needed. So close to historic district to walk and leave car and worries of parking. Will definitely stay again!

This is a nice little house in a residential neighborhood close to everything. The hosts have provided many little amenities so we had things we didn't know we wanted.

I cannot say enough nice things about this property and our stay. First and foremost the pictures online do not do it justice. It is the perfect little get away spot I have stayed at so far. It was spit/spot clean, has a full kitchen and is just beautiful accommodations. It is centrally located and was easy to find. When I asked my husband if he would go back to St. Augustine, his response, if we can stay here again. We will definitely be back. Many thanks to Margaret and Stephen.

My husband and I had great time in this cute little bungalow. The neighborhood was quiet and still very close to everything. We able to walk around to see sites and dining. Will definitely be a place to stay again!

My 11 year old son and I spent a few days here and loved it! The property was very welcoming. It felt like visiting Grandma's house. The location was perfect for our trip. There is a trolley stop just a short walk away. We hopped on the trolley and toured the beautiful city. We enjoyed every minute of it!

The place was much larger than the picture show. Perfect cottage to explore for Saint Augustine. Parking is a premium there if you have your own. Comfortable bed comfortable living room. Large kitchen. Two minutes to downtown walking.

Quaint and cozy place, clean with plenty of sheets/blankets. Location is great as well - you could walk to any attractions and St. George Street. Owners were nice and accommodating, would rent again.

Cute and roomy place to stay to enjoy downtown St Augustine. Enjoyed everything about the rental except for the strong dog smell. It is pet friendly so we knew better. All other features were perfect - loved this place!

Place was homey & very comfortable. Great bed many amenities. Walkable to fort & old town. Nice fenced in patio for dog to be loose. Decorating very fun!! Loved it didn’t want to check out.

The only thing is s the smell of dogs
And I found some hair dogs
But overall the house was 👍 and easy to go to many places just walking .

Love this little cottage property - well maintained and quiet but close enough to walk to the St Augustine fun. We love sitting out on the kitchen patio or the front deck to read or catch a phone call. Four-post bed is cozy and yummy. Thanks, Margaret!

My wife and I and our 13 year old chihuahua celebrated our 49th wedding anniversary here. Wish we could have stayed longer. Were not able to meet the manager, but were very pleased with everything.

The cottage has everything you will need, including beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels. There are two big rain umbrellas which we needed to use one evening.
Kitchen is well equipped, as is bathroom. Antique charm throughout.
The only negative, and it is a small one - the fenced back yard is very small and has no grass - we had to walk our dog to relieve herself.
Highly recommend this property.

What a lovely and loved place. Besides the beautiful appointments, so many nice, warming little touches. Like a real clock by the bed! I so enjoyed my few days at this special home and hope to return.

Excellent place to stay. Very clean and good size space. Was a bit of a challenge to find at first. The Uber dropped us off on the front of the house, so had to find our way around back, but was fine after that.
