Ubicato in Estero Island, questo attraente condominio a 121 € per notte è un eccellente scelta per il tuo prossimoviaggio. Ottima vista diretta sul golfo dall'edificio C !!! Ristrutturato cucina e bagno con cabina doccia. Abbiamo anche film e TV HDTV e On-Demand.

Vi è una grande piscina riscaldata con una lussuosa terrazza prendisole e un'incantevole area erbosa per prendere il sole o attività sportive. L'accesso alla spiaggia è solo a pochi passi dall'uscita dell'edificio. Ci sono 4 campi da tennis Har-Tru, nonché bocci e shuffleboard.
Affittiamo da sabato a sabato ad eccezione dei mesi estivi. Inoltre, la nostra associazione condominiale richiede un affitto minimo di 7 giorni.
Ristoranti, assistenza medica, farmacia CVS, porto turistico, noleggio kayak sono proprio dall'altra parte della strada. C'è anche una 7-11 facile distanza a piedi. Il carrello della spiaggia è a soli 50 centesimi (25 centesimi di età) e ti porterà da un'estremità all'altra della spiaggia e al parco di Lovers Key a diverse miglia lungo la strada. C'è un supermercato sull'isola a 2 miglia dal nostro complesso. C'è una chiesa cattolica e diverse chiese protestanti sull'isola.
Cucina sulle griglie del gas gratuite sul ponte al piano inferiore del nostro edificio. Dal tuo balcone, osserva molte specie di uccelli colorati per vedere pellicani, egrette, falchi pescatori, aironi e delfini che nuotano nel surf.
NOTA: Notare la differenza tra le visualizzazioni della nostra unità e alcune delle altre unità pubblicizzate anche in VRBO. Non devi guardare lateralmente per avere una vista sull'acqua.
Fai passeggiate mattutine, pomeridiane o al tramonto sulla sabbia di questa bellissima spiaggia. Fermati in uno dei numerosi ristoranti sulla spiaggia lungo il viale. Goditi i pasti o i cocktail sui ponti sul golfo che si affacciano sulla spiaggia. I tramonti sulla spiaggia sono troppo belli per essere descritti!
C'è qualcosa per tutti. Caccia le conchiglie sulla spiaggia, gioca a golf o a tennis, nuota nel Golfo del Messico o semplicemente "veg out" nella piscina riscaldata. Una delle nostre cose preferite da fare è gustare la colazione, il pranzo o la cena sul balcone coperto semplicemente ammirando le meravigliose viste sulla spiaggia e i tramonti. Il Wyndham Gardens Hotel è a soli 4-5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Il loro Pinchers Grill è un ottimo Tiki Bar all'aperto che serve birra, bevande miste e cibo. Il bar Outrigger Tiki è anche a pochi passi da Pinchers. Ci sono anche molti buoni ristoranti e bar proprio dall'altra parte della strada in Santini Plaza.

Condo was nice. Hurricane damage was shocking. For what you have to pay for a rental with the damage still being repaired it was a poor value. Elevator was down 2 different times for hours and it held up plans. The alarm in the building next door went off 2 solid days and we couldn’t hear the TV or surf because it’s blaring away. The ground floor is under major construction and everything else around the building is closed under construction repairs. It’s hard to fault the owner to try and get income back from being out of commission but I was led to believe the pool was possibly going to open to finding it don’t even have a liner or fence around it and was told it would not open for months. Half the beach area was closed for repairs and there is no lobby or first floor it’s wide open to the air. I guess I just expected more done to be open. It’s a heavy construction site and zone for sure.

Everything was perfect. The unit was well appointed; cozy but we didn't feel cramped at all. The view of the Gulf from the 11th floor gave us the opportunity to watch the cloud formations. It was very close to good places to eat as well as Publix. We couldn't ask for anything more. We hope to do it again sometime.

Loved the condo! Had everything we needed, especially thankful for the beach equipment and cart! Loved the restaurants close in Santini Plaza too. The pool is so refreshing and it was easy to do some laundry to return home with everything clean.

We found the place clean, supplied, efficient, and convenient. Only one complaint, but out of the control of owners, is that on our day before leaving, the apt. above us was installing doors and cementing stuff. They were soooo loud. No warning or apologies from anyone related to that construction. We had to leave the apt because the fumes of cement were coming down through the ducts into our apt. Outside of that, KUDOES! Dr. Sam and wife.

This condo had more amenities than any other we have used. The kitchen was well stocked and had a cabinet full of spices, coffee, tea, sugar, etc. that have been left from previous guests which was great. The freezer had a bag of fresh ice which was wonderful. The bathroom was completely stocked with shampoos, conditioners, sun lotion, aloe, etc. Be sure to check the bathroom and the kitchen cabinets before heading to the store to stock up for your stay. We used the beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart, and pool noodles. Everything was awesome! We loved the balcony and water view, the pool was super, the beach was covered in shells, and the property was immaculate. The bed and other furniture were clean and comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. And the restaurants nearby were excellent. We loved it here. Thank you for allowing us to use your property!

Close (but not tooo close) to all Ft Myers Beach has to offer. Short drive to Bonita Beach as well. Good restaurants & shops right across the street even a small food/craft market tues & thurs. Will continue to come back! Thank you

Relaxing and Beautiful view
This was perfect for a kid free, relaxing vacation that we needed. Condo had everything we needed to walk right down to the beach. We would most definitely stay here again.

Amazing location! So relaxing and great views!!! Coffee on the patio in the morning and beer in the afternoon!!! Amazing!!! Host was extremely easy to communicate with...had a mechanical issue with the AC before we checked in and the host communicated and got the issue taken care of quickly. Couldn't be happier!!!

Wonderful Week on Estero Island
We had a wonderful time at the Condo. Beautiful view and a clean and well stocked unit. Very easy check-in. The owner was very helpful. The location is perfect. Easy access to the beautiful gulf beach. Very convenient location for access to shopping, bars, and great restuarants. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Condo
The condo was clean, modern, and comfortable. We appreciated all the updates that had been done, especially the air conditioner in the bedroom. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. We used the supplied cart and chairs for the beach. We were very pleased with everything.

My sister and I enjoyed the condo very much. The condo was clean, well equipped with needed/desired items. The view was great, enjoyed watching dolphins every morning. The area was quiet, well maintained. Overall, I give it a 5-star rating, would definately reserve the condo again.
