We absolutely loved how spacious and clean the room was and how close we were to all locations we hoped to visit. Everything was within a short walking distance, including the central train station.

The only thing we did not like was the strange, sulfuric smell coming from the bathroom. I believe it might have been the drains.

This was a clean and comfortable hotel ideally situated being so close to the station and the old town. My room was spacious and I slept very well on the huge bed. I particularly appreciated being able to open the windows. I arrived late but the hotel was great in its communication with me and I had no issue with using the entry codes provided for access.

There needs to be better signage at the entrance hall to the lift as I nearly didn’t see this and was about to carry my heavy bag up three flights of stairs.

The staff is very nice and answers quickly through Booking. Note that there is no 24/7 reception, but they send you the access code if you arrive outside of the times. The check-in and check-out are extra easy. The location, 5min walking from the station, is really practical and the hotel is easy to find and access. The decoration is elegant and the soap smells delicious! We didnt use but appreciated the kettle, iron, hair dryer. The corridor are clean and there is an elevator. The bed and pillow were comfortable and the blackout curtains efficient.

The soundproofing is not great. We could hear people on the street and in the corridor. Central location has its perks and disadvantages. The door opening system is loud and at some point, we thought someone tried to open our door by typing the code. We're not sure if this was the case or if we just heard their keypad beeping. But it was surprising and a bit stressful. The room is small (the size is mentioned on booking) and there is not a lot of space in the bathroom either, but it's doable. The bed as well is quite small, with only one duvet. The temperature control screen is bright and stays on at all time. Bring a mask if you need full dark. The shower kept dripping all night, you will need to open the faucet a bit and then close it again to have it stop (we think..we tried that in the morning and it seemed to work). Probably on us to not have tried this earlier. Between this, the people, the keypad at 2am... we did not sleep a lot. No ramp at the entrance so be ready to lift your suitcase. All in all : a practical hotel close to the station, clean and pretty. A bit noisy and small, enough for a night.
