Facilities and location were great as were the staff.

The pool was great and loved the balcony. Area is also super good and there was no trouble finding parking. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

At night there was loud music, if you want to rest early then it might be a problem, but it can be maybe different depending the room location.

Everything was absolutely great. Not even 5 minutes to the beach, right around the corner is a bus stop and a grocery store right next to the Hotel. The breakfast buffet is huge, you can order fresh omelettes and there is a small separate section with gluten free stuff. The rooms are spacious and the beds are really comfy, I loved that they didn’t have nasty old comforters on them. The hotel has its own restaurant, we ordered a pizza to take to the beach and it was one of the better ones we had. Every night but Monday there’s live music (DJs or singers) but they finish by 22:15 so not affecting sleep, but you can hear your neighbouring rooms or people in the corridor. Late check out is only 10€ per hour you stay longer than 12. You get fresh beach towels every day. We would book this hotel again in a heartbeat.

If I had to find things we didn’t like, it would be these: the bathroom sink is in the middle of the room and not in the bathroom, there‘s no bathroom furniture to put clothes on, the music in the breakfast room is unpleasantly loud and the cheese is sweating (need better cooling) and the gym would greatly benefit of a long barbell bar and squat rack.

The variety and quality of the breakfast was really good. The reception area is modern and with a nice interior including shaded comfy beds looking out towards the pool.

We had a disaster on the first night. We were put in a mould infested room that stunk of damp and had mould visibly up the walls. Upon requesting to be moved the hotel said there was nothing they could do until the next night. I have an allergy and the small time I spent in the room made me unwell for the first two days. I showed them my prescription and had to sleep outside for the night and despite telling hotel staff I’d have to do this they just shrugged their shoulders and said there was nothing they could do. I told them I wouldn’t be paying for the night if I had to sleep outside and the person on duty agreed in the moment. But the next day I was told I had to pay for the room and had an envelope with a free drink voucher (bottled beer, house wine or soft drink) left by my door. The vouchers were returned. The customer service here was so poor and it’s more of a reflection on management than on the cleaning staff, who seemed to hold high standards when we were moved rooms the next night. A few other minor annoyances: - the sink is in the bedroom and not the bathroom, which is not clear in the pictures. - There is not enough wardrobe space for a beach stay - there are five hangers on an open rack which is more suitable for a city hotel. - Despite other areas of the hotel being air conditioned the gym never had their air con on which made it incredibly hot. The above is a shame as it’s all very avoidable and if fixed the stay would have been ok. Management need to do better.
