Situato in Satellite Beach, a pochi minuti dalla famosa spiaggia di Cocoa, puoi goderti i servizi di casa con il vantaggio di INCREDIBILE VISTA SUL MARE! Questo condominio di famiglia al 4 ° piano è stato apprezzato da 3 generazioni e sta finalmente facendo il suo debutto come noleggio pubblico. La combinazione di servizi moderni e arredi affascinanti di questo condominio vi farà sentire rilassati e confortevoli. Questo edificio unico è stato costruito in un momento in cui il condominio potrebbe essere direttamente sulla spiaggia. Come se avere un vero accesso alla spiaggia non fosse sufficiente, siamo in 1 condominio su 5 in tutto l'edificio per avere una vista frontale sull'oceano che si affaccia sulla piscina. Se ti piace svegliarti con il suono delle onde che si infrangono, uscire dalla tua porta di ingresso in una piscina sulla spiaggia e accedere a ristoranti, negozi e una cultura del surf di fama internazionale; allora noi siamo l'affitto per te.

This property is very clean and if it was any closer to the water you would be in it. I have stayed in many places, but this unit had everything you needed on arrival right down to the napkins.very well equipped kitchen/utensils as well... And if you like quiet you have come to the right spot. You can drive fifteen minutes in either direction for the busier beaches... But this stretch of shoreline is not busy at all and there are plenty of excellent restaurants/diners, etc. just a few minutes away. Great for a family with a few little kids maybe under age eight or so... Teenagers would want some place with more action like Cocoa beach I guess... But that is only a fifteen minute drive up the road.

The location was great. Easy access to the mainland, beaches and restaurants in walking distance. Short drive to stores and bars. The property was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The proximity to the ocean is unbeatable.

My family has stayed many times at the Sandpiper but this was by far our favorite condo. The location and view where beautiful and the condo was very nice. Having the updated kitchen to cook in was wonderful as sometimes the kitchens can be a little tired. The Host of the condo was extremely pleasant and we truly felt welcomed to be there! He was helpful in making sure everything thing from check in to check out ran smoothly.
