It was a beautiful bougie hotel in a great location. Breakfast was fabulous and the dining on the rooftop was fantastic. Rooms were lovely, spacious and comfortable. Staff were very friendly.
Unfortunately the photos on the website of the rooftop pool area were not up to date. There were no sun beds at the pool - instead there were very uncomfortable deck chairs and only one double bed area that was booked out to external guests. I had booked this hotel because of the pool so I was very disappointed to get there and realise it had been refurbed to be more of an eating area rather than a pool area.

The room was very comfortable and large, very nice windows facing the street, the bathroom is large and new with a large window. The hotel has an amazing SPA which is free for guests - this is one of the best SPAs I ever been to, very new and clear, has high level sauna and hamam and pool.. relaxation room, very nice wardrobe with bathrobes and slippers and showers, all for the use of the guests. The gym is also really good. the location of the hotel is very central close to the Old Town, train stations, shopping and restaurants.
the hotel didnt have parking, and the nearby parking was quite pricy. also there was no complimentary water in the rooms.

Great location, wonderful staff. Good food. Comfortable beds.
It was very hot in the rooms and everytime we got housekeeping, A/C was turned off. We finally skipped housekeeping. We asked for additional coffee pods and they only brought 3.
In Booking.com rooms are listed as soundproof. They are far from it. Slept with earplugs.
