In city center Well decorated New

The rooms were nicely decorated and clean, but there was a faint yet persistent, uncomfortable odor when entering the room, and the walking space in front of the bed was very narrow, which was a bit tight to navigate. The staff was an interesting mix—sometimes warm, sometimes cold; occasionally amateurish, but other times attentive and professional. Honestly, I attribute all of this to the hotel being brand new. The only real issue I experienced was that they broke the promise they made us. They had sent us a message for our 30th wedding anniversary saying they would do everything they could to make it unforgettable. Well, they didn't do a single thing, and I truly won't forget that. So in a way, they kept their word—it really did become unforgettable! Despite this, because of the other positive aspects and the fact that the hotel is new, I am not taking too many points off. But just as they promised, I won't ever forget it.

Design, location and staff.

Rooms could do with a little more to help with your stay, coat hooks for example. The rooms are small which is okay but some extra storage would go a long way - stayed in the balcony room and not much extra space in the room for luggage and to hang clothes.

Location for old town, restaurants and points of interest excellent. Staff very helpful and friendly. Everything new and very clean. Particularly delighted to have a kettle and cups, tea, coffee, etc in room.

Only one tea bag and one milk!
