Allan and entire reception staff are very courteous,welcoming and ready to help and guide. The coffee machine available all day is good , besides filtered water, beach supplies and lot more. Elevator are standard size and modern could take 2 of us and our big suitcases. Rooms are clean well appointed and gracious surprise when you enter first time. Easy to find good lunch dinner around, carrefour grocery store, 2 blocks to Promenade, About 10mins walk to pl macena and nice-ville train stop. Overall we were happy staying here and found neighborhood very safe for lat night walk.

Room had a compact kitchen with supplies which we didn’t need but overall space was very tight for 2 big suitcases and luggage. It could be our specific room not sure. I managed and didn’t complain to staff for room change.

The location was great, as it was two blocks away from the beach, shops, and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The held our luggage because we came before the check-in time, and they also held our luggage after we checked out because we had about 5 hours before our flight. The hotel room was very clean, and the room had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

The location is perfect; 5 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from the old town. The hotel has a nice parking which was essential for us. And the staff is superb, very helpful and kind.

Unfortunately this hotel does not keep up to the 4 star standard. The furniture is dated, scratches and dents are visible on the closet, some mold in the bathroom as well as rust on the faucets. The towels had some stains, and stains were visible on the bathroom doors. Unclear why the dishes were not washed by the cleaning staff. Overall the hotel does not feel like it is worth the money. I have stayed at 4 star hotels in Nice for lower prices, and they were fabulous.
