This hotel is a fantastic alternative to paying high city prices in Edinburgh. It’s located in a wonderfully quiet area in the evenings, but has a bus stop right outside the parking lot with frequent service straight into downtown. The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable, and the staff are attentive and friendly. We really enjoyed the food at the attached restaurant, too. Another major plus is that it's only a 15-minute walk to the beach and several fun secondhand shops. The hotel even let us use their secure baggage room after check-out, so we could enjoy the beach on our last day before an evening flight. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to friends and family!

Property has great staff and enjoyed the breakfast Checkout at 11am

Booked a standard room which looked like it had not been used for a long time. The issue was rectified quickly and we were given another room.
