Perfect quiet and comfortable. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Great bathroom. Great location.
Nothing. The room was exactly what we needed. Prospective guests would benefit from a clear statement regarding what is included and what isn't. No breakfast but all the self catering facilities we needed (we brought our own breakfast). It was difficult to find this out in advance, especially since old reviews are still around and describe arrangements now out of date.

This is a hidden gem. Self catering studio and extremely comfortable. Lovely setting as part of a Victorian mansion in secluded position beside the River Esk. Special touches make it feel like home from home. We will certainly use this accommodation again.

Comfortable, well presented and the location is spot on for access to Edinburgh

Such a beautiful house and surrounding garden, and our apartment was outstanding with so much thought put into it and many little details. We loved it.
