Staff were fantastic. Location is great and the hotel is clean and bright. The bed was not comfortable though and that was a shame. Also breakfast was luke warm at best on both days. Real shame!

Bed was very comfortable, however it could have been a bit bigger in size.
Room was spacious and was very clean.
Breakfast was very good and a good selection.
Air con made room cold and was unsure on how to operate it.
2nd key which we were given on arrival was left in electric socket but was taken out by cleaner without our knowledge - we thought we had misplaced it.

Very typical holiday in express room - very near to Lincoln town Centre. Please note that you can pay for the parking on a machine once you get into the hotel and don’t have to mess around with the machine outside in the car park.

Good location and the room was a good size and clean
Breakfast was awful and badly laid out. We didn’t even bother going the second morning
Some staff were quite rude
