The loft apartment we had was large and well equipped, generally clean, plenty of space. It is separated from the hotel as it is on the top floor so it was very quiet. Beds are comfortable. Large TV, comfortable sitting room. It was warm inside, and we could open the windows to get some fresh air. Beds were made and towels changed every day. Nice view over the garden. We could park our car at the hotel carpark.

The showers in the bathrooms have some mould. Second twin bedroom's bathroom doesn't have a door which could be awkward if two people share that room. Dishwasher was broken. Some of the crockery and cutlery was dirty. Hotel reception never had anyone there, we had to wonder around trying to find anyone to check in and to check out.

The hotel itself is very nice but due to a wedding taking place, getting a night's sleep before 23.45 was impossible. Our room was over the lounge and the music was blasting out, so I went down to ask for it to be turned down, but the reply was "there is a wedding on, what do you want me to do?. As a paying guest, I expect to informed if there was to be a wedding on which could affect my sleep, as many other hotels do, allowing you to cancel the booking if you are not happy. I very much wanted to like this hotel, as it is very close to the relatives we were visiting and wanted to make it a regular stay, but not sure now.

The music was started again at 06.45 am in the hotel, and once again it was loud in our room. When we went to breakfast, we had to ask for the volume to be reduced, as we couldn't hear our friends talking. Why do hotels think that loud music is always required.
