right in the heart of the CBD with easy walking to the shops, river and Southbank theatre district
the gym would have benefitted from a set of hand held weights

Location
Phones don’t work in the rooms to call reception, no information book in the room about hotel facilities and opening times etc… no details in the room regarding wifi, had to call reception from my phone to ask. Only 1 towel in the bathroom, had to go down to reception to collect more towels and they didn’t have any stock at reception, other guests were there waiting for towels also. They don’t have shaving kits available, reception staff did not know much about the hotel themselves told me to google the hotel to read the information online. Only the location was great
