The location, the cleanliness of the room, the views of the botanic gardens from the balcony and the kitchen was perfect for us.
The bathrooms are slightly outdated but were clean which suited us just fine.
The bedrooms are great with quite a lot of space and great sized wardrobes.
The washing machine and dryer were very helpful to have too.
The beds were so uncomfortable. Very very hard mattresses that make it difficult to sleep. We stayed for two nights and now have very sore backs.

The location was great and having an apartment made you feel more at home.
There was only one lift in operation while I was there. I know it was due to maintenance.
