The milk was sour. The food was lukewarm. The meal in the bar was average.
The staff were preoccupied with a large group of 70

Spa facials booked for 2 people. It was very relaxing. The spa area was well maimed and relaxing.
We were made aware that the jacuzzi was out of order. Advised it may be fixed by second day but this didn’t happen. We found it it had been out of order for some time. That was a bit disappointing.
No mini fridge available in room. Would have thought this would have been a requirement with the hot weather.

Staff were excellent and the Breakfast was well presented.
No EV chargers, had to go to another hotel to charge my car. The bulb was gone in the light in the bedroom (RM104) A sliding door on the bathroom which can't be locked is not very private. The net curtain at the window had a brown stain on it which looked like it had been there a while.
