Beautiful restored family home in a nice location.
Wished our bathroom had a bathtub, but the shower worked great and had plenty of hot water.

Our stay at Friars Quarter House was exceptional. Martin and his daughters were incredibly helpful, warm and friendly throughout, and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived.

Location, presentation of room, property and garden. Sort of house we would have liked to live in.
we knew that breakfast wasn't provided but a little more do it yourself options would have been nice

Location was good.
We booked for a b&b only to find out after the booking was completed & paid for that they no longer supplied breakfast only instant oatmeal cups and fruit. We were very disappointed. We specifically choose a b&b to receive a cooked breakfast. It should have stated that in the listing as we would not have selected to stay there. The cost did not reflect the fact that breakfast was not supplied.
