Breakfast was nice.rooms comfortable
No information in the room to tell you how-to use the TV.
No information about greymouth and food or tourist sights to see.
Not very welcoming.

Proximity to town, clean and updated rooms.
Room was warm and had no air conditioning and couldn’t open the window for to no screen for bugs. Only has a fan. The exterior of the motel requires more work to make it look inviting.

Good variety. Gluten free options available on request. Coffee average
Lighting in room low and out of order in one of the lifts. Electric jug dribbled and could burn someone when pouring hot water into cup. Many parts of the hotel looked “tired”, especially the balcony
