As good as it gets if you want a private room in Chinatown in without paying a lot.
Rooms and bathrooms are barely big enough to move in, though that's typical for Singapore. The whole place smelled strongly of bleach, including the bed and the bathroom. The air conditioner rattled loudly. There was, fortunately, a window in the room, but half of it was covered over and the rest through two levels of small panes. People want to see outside!
