La posizione é ottima se non hai una grossa valigia perché l’accesso alla metro ha solo la scala mobile

Kisha, Edmar and Pearl were all very helpful. The 24/7 concierge was a brilliant feature and they even helped us organise an early morning airport transfer and met us to walk us to the taxi. Clean, everything we needed. Great location, right next to the train station (trains really easy to navigate). Easy self check in.

The communication with the staff was great, they were always available to answer any questions we had and we really appreciate their support! The location was also amazing, we walked almost everywhere and so much great food right outside the door
We booked the loft and for us it ended up being a little small but they have bigger rooms available so next time we will just book one of those

Amazing location, all brand new, everything worked as it should
The digital keycard thing is really annoying tbh. I would lose mobile internet outside of the property. Then have to wait to connect to hotel WiFi. And even then the app was a bit buggy, so sometimes it’d take multiple tries to open both the front door and the room door. I’m tech savvy so I don’t know how older people manage it. Should be the option of a physical card.
