Heritage Collection on Smith - Mobile App Check-In

The property was clean, spacious and private. It felt like a home more than a hotel, such a comfortable spot to return to after a day out!

The water pressure and temperature weren’t as strong as I would like… even with the water heater left on for over an hour, the shower would start out very hot but only stayed warm warm for a short while

Digital concierge Kisha was awesome. She was prompt with assistance and advice. Room was clean and bed was comfortable for our 11 nights. We had some hiccups with check in with the digital key but these were managed promptly by the team. Check out was a breeze with the app. We will defintely rebook with the team in future if they would have us.... :) Shampoo and body wash given everything well restocked. Just a request to consider keeping some tea bags milk and coffee sachets for the room too.

Not big things but some recommendations going forward as i would love the place to be getting the best reviews.... As we stayed 11 nights, full access to a broom n mop per room would help guests clean up daily in their own space. Hot water runs out quickly in the tank so 2 of us one had warm bath the second immediately after had to bathe cold.... and when you come in together after a day out or morning out, we really dont want to wait 15 minutes for the water to reheat please. If possible get a bigger capacity tank? The initial setback of us being moved from our fully paid initial choice of smith st hotel to purvis st due to renovations being decided to be done in june by the management. We had paid in april. We planned all our routes and vacay around chinatown and smith st....... its ok, we managed to re adjust when we got there... For security deposit, we have been to many other countries, they hold the card details, but do not deduct the bond prior to check in. Heritage deducted the full $200 sgd bond prior to us even checking in. The concern here is currency conversion n dynamic rates. As am from fiji my bank fees and conversion differs. And it takes 10 business days to refund my security bond.... perhaps re evaluate this. If there is damage or items missing then perhaps deduct only. Consider getting management to check promptly on check out.... etc. It may seem old school but some of these things do have an impact on customer satisfaction despite the digital era. I know most of these details are pre advised upon selection of the aparthotel, however its just an opinion to make you better please!... no hard feelings please.

The apartment was nice, clean, and generally in a good location.

The hot water was limited when showering, and the mobile checking was stressful. They gave me a key in the end.

Die Unterkunft ist mitten in Chinatown aber vollkommen ruhig, da sie sich in der obersten Etage befindet. Das Personal ist unglaublich hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend und man hat auf kleinem Raum alles was man braucht. Es ist zudem sehr sauber.

Es gibt nichts was mir nicht gefallen hat.
