Room was fine. Location is excellent.
WiFi - little connectivity and signal so weak not even mail would download. Booked a double room. Twin room was given. Had to ask for another set of towels.
The hotel was very busy. Breakfast was a bit of a challenge. Two staff members did their best to manage the numbers. But refilling coffee, fruit, juice and viennoiserie was difficult. Tables were full not helped by a person reserving a table for eight. These people did not use the table for a further half an hour. So table remained unused while others waited.

Situation impeccable et personnel très sympa. Les chambres sont bien et la chambre de bains est grande
La baignoire ainsi que le pommeau de douche sont old style mais vraiment pas pratique à l’utilisation. De plus il n’y a pas de rideau de douche

L'emplacement est super, le monsieur de l'accueil très accueillant et agréable. Petit déjeuner également appréciable.
La qualité des lits, les draps qui grattent, la poussière sur les tables de nuit, les cloisons peu épaisses, le rapport qualité prix.

Staff made sure we had an accessible room on same floor as parking entrance. Easy access to room. Plenty of space in room and bathroom quite large. Everything good. Good aircon. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful.
Hotel is an easy walk to town centre and lots of fun to explore old streets. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Nice atmosphere in town. Made a good overnight stop.
First view of hotel is a bit heart-sinking. Not good kerb appeal but this belies a nice hotel.

Very little.. we had to leave early so the ability to make a coffee in our room (before breakfast opens) would have been an extra bonus

It was easy to find and near the town centre. It had a parking. They had a very well provided mini fridge.
The breakfast was very expensive. The room was very old and the whole hotel looked old. I don’t think we will stay here again.

Easy to get to for a night's visit en route between Colmar and the Dordogne region.
It looked really great when booking but it isn't "boutique" - it is old and in need of modernising. Breakfast was a disaster for 15€ per person. We had to wait half an hour for a table as not enough tables to cater for guests.

Very comfortable room, family of four with connecting rooms, wonderful breakfast and secure parking (on request). 2 min walk into beautiful old town.

Nice clean and spacious apartment.
For the price I would expect breakfast to be included. The noise from room above transferred into the main bedroom.

Well situated, comfortable accommodation with parking possibile on site.
Lacks a lift for people who might be less mobile and therefore you will need to carry your luggage upstairs by hand.
