NH Paris Gare de l'Est

Lovely staff bedroom was nice

Said we had a view but couldn’t see anything but a roof out of it 😅 Bed was uncomfortable

What stood out the most: >The staff truly made the stay exceptional, delivering attentive customer service from the front desk to housekeeping. That kind of genuine care makes all the difference and stays with you long after you leave. >Gare de l'Est is a convenient location. The location is very close to the vibrant, cultural, and artistic area of Montmartre and the beautiful Basilica du Sacré-Cœur. I highly recommend taking a stroll, chatting with the locals, and grabbing a coffee, drink, or lunch in the square at the top of Montmartre while soaking in the area's captivating charm! >The room was very clean and maintained a comfortable temperature throughout the stay.

Everything ran smoothly!

It was quiet and clean, also close to the train station.

There was a homeless person in the entrance to the hotel.

Breakfast was quite satisfactory with lots of options. Location is also great, 1 minute walking to metro station and 3 minutes walking to Gare d' Lest.

Main reason for choosing this hotel and particularly Superior Room (larger than Standard Room, supposedly) was to have a larger space in the room (as written also in details of room in booking.com) but first room we are given was far from being a Superior Room. When we talked to reception, they said that Superior Rooms are differing in size, which is not stated in booking.com details. They offered us another Superior Room for the next days, which was better in size. So, we had to stay in a small room despite paying for larger one for one night (we stayed 3 nights in total).
