Location is a 6 minute walk from the Burjuman station so you can reach anywhere from there. Coincidentally, the walk is shaded 90% in the day time so it's not even hot to walk. Double basement parking for free in case you have a car. From the room landline, you can also call a free hotline for free delivery directly from the grocery store - which is also a 2 minute walk if you want. All your orders from delivery apps are allowed to personally come to your door. Staff were quick and friendly to my every request. Rooms were clean and spacious and the balcony has a good view of the street below. Also, complimentary daily bottle of water on your request. The bathroom comes with shower gel, shampoo, hand soap and body lotion - which is super convenient for minimal travellers. Studio rooms have clean utensils and dishes for eating, drinking and cooking. Washing machine and ironing/press and board are also available. Air conditioning is amazing. Swimming pool and gym is also available for leisure and working out. The neighbourhood is super pedestrian-friendly as well. Special thanks to the helpdesk and concierge teams for support, and to Abdul Raheem for the best housekeeping services. Also, a day before your check-in and check-out dates, they offer you early check-in and late check-out times. 10/10 quality stay for the affordable price range as well - hopefully I can get this again the next trip since they are full booked most of the time - well deserved.

The washroom and ceiling may have a slight but tolerable mouldy smell and grime. The basement parking is comfortable, but the entrance/exit ramps are a bit tight only if your car is bigger than a regular sedan.

Excellent Service and Hospitality This is my first time staying at this hotel, and I am very pleased with my experience. The service provided by the entire team was outstanding. The front desk staff were professional, courteous, and always ready to assist with our needs and inquiries. The housekeeping and cleaning staff did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness and comfort throughout our stay. Whenever we had a request, it was attended to promptly and with a positive attitude. I would especially like to commend the front desk team for their exceptional customer service and warm welcome. Their professionalism and dedication made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, friendly staff, and a comfortable stay. I like everything and specially the staff is very helpful and friendly and there is a guy his name is raghav in reception he is my old buddy now and whenever i visit rose garden he is always there for me
