Moon Valley Hotel Apartment - Bur Dubai, Burjuman

I stayed at this hotel previously and had a very comfortable experience, which is why I chose to return. Unfortunately, my recent stay in June 2026 ended on a disappointing note due to the checkout experience. Although it was the off-season and the hotel did not appear busy, the receptionist strictly insisted on checkout at 12:00 noon and declined my request for a short 15-minute extension. To avoid any disagreement, I vacated the room at 11:59 AM, even though I had to leave in a hurry and pack my belongings quickly. While I understand that hotels have policies, a little flexibility and customer-friendly service would have been appreciated, especially for such a brief request. The stay itself was comfortable, but the lack of courtesy during checkout left a negative impression.
