The location was amazing. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was good and the rooftop was super nice.

The rooms were a little bit basic and there was only hot water coming from the shower…

Our stay at this hotel exceeded our expectations. We loved the excellent location, which made it easy to explore the city. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and the people working at breakfast were always kind, attentive, and made each morning enjoyable. One of the highlights was the beautiful rooftop area, where we enjoyed breathtaking panoramic views of the entire city. We were also delighted with the lovely birthday treat and the beautiful balloons in our room, which were a wonderful surprise and made our stay even more memorable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

We were a party of two and had specifically requested two separate beds before our arrival, and our request was confirmed. However, after checking in, we discovered that the room had a king-size bed instead. When I asked the reception to change the room, our request was not handled promptly, and it took considerable time and repeated discussion before they finally addressed the issue. What was particularly disappointing was that, while they seemed reluctant to accommodate our confirmed room request, they spent considerable time explaining and insisting on a €100 deposit for the minibar and other potential charges. In all my previous hotel stays, I have never experienced such an uncomfortable and unnecessarily complicated procedure regarding a deposit. Overall, the handling of our confirmed bed request and the check-in process left a very negative impression and did not meet the level of service I expected. I hope you will not handle your guest like us. Regards
